Rent Collection

  • Rent Collection & Payment.

  • If rent is not received, we will post 3-Days/8-Days Notices to Pay Rent or Delivery Possession.

  • Eviction Process Assistance, including Court Hearings.

Walk Through of the Unit

  • Prior to deliver the unit, we document the initial walk-through.

  • Walk Through with a documented Unit Condition Check List & Pictures.

  • Final Walk Through documented to ensure proper delivery of the Unit.

Monthly Statements & Annual Operating Statements

  • Monthly Statements, available 24/7 at our Owner's Portal.

  • Payment notifications

  • Annual Operating Statement: Snapshot of your Yearly Income and Expenses.

Repair & Maintenance

  • Dedicated Line for Repair & Maintenance ensures our team fast response.

  • Schedule Maintenance between Vendor & Tenant.

  • Our trusted vendors will advice if the repairs it's the tenant's responsibility or not.

  • If desired, HOA payment is also available.
