- Screening of Tenants (Background Check, Credit Check, Rental & Job Verification, Income Requirement)

- Photographs of your unit for advertising purposes.

Rent Collection

- Rent Collection & Payment.

- If rent is not received, we will post 3-Days/8-Days Notices to Pay Rent or Delivery Possession.

- Eviction Process Assistance, including Court Hearings.

Lease Agreement 

- We will create a personalized Lease Agreement.

- Lease Agreements are usually for 6, 9 or 12 Months.

- Explanation and Signage of Lease Agreement.

- Collection of Security Deposit, Pet Fee and First Month of Rent.

- Delivery of the Unit.

Walk Through of the Unit

- Prior to deliver the unit, we document the initial walk-through.

- Walk Through with a documented Unit Condition Check List & Pictures.

- Final Walk Through documented to ensure proper delivery of the Unit.

Monthly Statements & Annual Operating Statements

- Monthly Statements, available 24/7 at our Owner's Portal.

- Payment notifications

- Annual Operating Statement: Snapshot of your Yearly Income and Expenses.

Repair & Maintenance

- Dedicated Line for Repair & Maintenance ensures our team fast response.

- Schedule Maintenance between Vendor & Tenant.

- Our trusted vendors will advice if the repairs it's the tenant's responsability or not.

- If desired, HOA payment is also available.
